Organizing the NGO groups from the Mielec County and collecting for both children and women escaping from the war in Ukraine, gathering temporarily at designated assembly points near the border on the Polish side. Collecting charity in cooperation with The Council for Public Benefit Activities of Podkarpackie Voivodeship and governor of Podkarpackie Voivodeship. Organizing of volunteers, charity collection in the shops in Mielec, support for the city collection. Organizations involved: Foundation SOS Życie, Cultural Association JARTE, Association Mamy Dla Was Czas, Association Stowarzyszenie Przyjaciół Dzieci Autystycznych i Niepełnosprawnych SUN RISE, SOS KOTY Mielec, Association Oaza Dla Zwierząt Mielec, OSP Czajkowa gm. Tuszów Narodowy, OSP Jaślany, OSP Zarównie, OSP Padew Narodowa oraz firmy Xerima Mielec, MC Design, Hurt Market AK, COLFARM. Organization of 1 transport (truck) with humanitarian help (food, medicines, hygiene products, blankets, sleeping bags, specialized products, and others) from Mielec and Cieszanów (Folkowisko) to Ukraine to Governor of Rivne in contact with the district representative, and 2 means of transport of aid (bus, car) to the warehouse of the Folkowisko Association in Cieszanów (e.g., medicines, specialist products, sleeping bags, blankets, hygiene products, etc.).

Support in networking for leaders and activists involved in helping refugees, sharing information on social media, active participation in leadership network meetings, aid in inviting a representative of the Podkarpackie Governor and also a representative of the Parasol Group to a national online meeting of the network of graduates from the School of Leaders (over 1500 people in the network from all over Poland), redirecting and mediating in aid contacts.

Involvement of a professor of transport anthropology from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań in research support for humanitarian aid transport in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. An advisory and consultative role for the Parasol Group Advising and consulting about medical care for refugees from Ukraine(functioning of the health care system in Poland, access to specialists and medical entities in Poland).
